    yepaifinkso!!

  2. YAAAAAAAAAAAY, NO PAIN, NO PAIN, NO PAIN, except right after the operation when you’re getting used to the new knee, you’ll find that the constant pain is gone & then quickly & very surely the little pains of getting used to it are going away as you become accustomed to it,
I know, I’ve got two new knees & a new hip too, ASK ME WHATEVER QUESTIONS YOU WANT TO — — — — NOW DO THESE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW THIS LINE — — — —
RIGHT NOW START LIFTING OFF THE BED THE LEG THAT’LL BE OPERATED ON, DO VERY S-L-O-W LEG LIFTS FROM THE BED TO 45-60 DEGREES OFF THE BED IN SETS OF 5, AT THE TOP HOLD IT FOR A COUNT OF 20-35, INCREASE THIS TIME THE CLOSER YOU GET TO THE OPERATION, ALONG WITH THAT PRACTISE HOLDING YOUR LEG AT A 30 OR 40 DEGREE ANGLE OFF THE BED FOR A COUNT UP TO 60, ALSO DO SETS OF FIVE FOR THIS.
DO THESE 4 (FOUR) TIMES A DAY OR MORE!!!!, GET THAT LEG STRONG BECAUSE YOU;LL NEED THAT STRENGTH AFTER THE OPERATION TO LIFT IT BACK INTO BED EASILY, TO MOVE FROM A CHAIR, EVEN TO JUST WALK, ALTHOUGH YOU’RE GIVEN A WALKER TO GET AROUND WITH, THEN GRADUATE TO A CANE LATER ON, THEN THERE YOU GO.
May God Bless you for a smooth operation, minimal pain, but they make sure you’re not hurting very much with good pharmacuticals, they do make a difference, use them to attain your goal of walking again, you’ll know & slow down & stop by yourself as soon as they’re not needed anymore.
Remember, your body is like a car, if you leave it sit ALL the time, when you go to use it, it seems to be creaky & not as smooth, however if you drive at least once a day then it will be much smoother & work even better, once the knee is replaced take it out for a drive daily, it keeps it lubed & running efficiently —-ENJOY

  3. *starts choreographing the special “NooNee” dance for KCT!!!

  6. At first after the operation you’ll mumble & grump a little, THIS IS NORMAL,however as it goes along & the knee gets situated in you’ll start REALLY looking forward to getting up & about again with NO PAIN, YAAAAAAY ENJOY!!!!!

  7. It will be worth it in the long run!! I appreciate my hip replacement (I know it is not the same thing), and I have a friend who has had both knees replaced and loves her new status!! We are cheering for you!! Peace!

    • The only difference with knee & hip replacement is the fact you CAN’T do ANYTHING even resembling a squat, only sitting, if you move TOO far in a sitting position or do anything resembling a squat you “dislocate” the hip by tearing the muscles apart that were sewn together over the top of the new hip to keep it in place, once you’ve dislocated a new hip, it has to be surgically reimplanted, FOLLOW THE DOCTORS INSTRUCTIONS, he doesn’t want to re-do it, good luck with it, quick recovery too, ENJOY no pain, its great!!
